ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to Judicial custody on 13.10.2018, for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147,148,341,120(b),109,201 and 302 of IPC r/w.Section 4 and 5 of Explosive Substances Act,1908 in Crime No. 633 of 2014 (S.C.No.195 of 2018) seeks bail.

2. The petitioner herein is arrayed as A5. The crime is of the year 2014 and the case was registered in the year 2018, till date due to the non appearance of the petitioner, the trial court issued Non Bailable warrant against the petitioner and thereafter the petitioner was secured and remanded to judicial custody. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he has nothing to do with the alleged offence and hence, he would pray for bail.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that there is specific overt act against the petitioner and apart from that there are cases pending https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

against the petitioner. He would also submit that the case is now posted for framing of charges and hence he objected for grant of bail.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that there are cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Hence the bail petition is dismissed.
