Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under section 24 of Civil Procedure Code praying this Hon'ble Court to withdraw the case in HMOP NO.85 of 2017 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Periyakulam and the transfer the same to the file of the Subordinate Judge, Thirumangalam.

This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 15.03.2018 and the requisition letter submitted by the Subordinate Judge, Thirumangalam vide the letter dated 01.10.2018. which was forwarded by the Principal District Judge, Madurai vide letter in D.No.10907 dated 05.10.2018, and upon hearing the arguments of MR.T.Vadivelan, Advocate for the Petitioner and Mr.S.Anand Chandra Sekar, Advocate for M/s.Sarvabhauman Associates on behalf of the respondent, this Court made the following order: "The time sought for by the Court below is granted. 2.The Court below is directed to dispose H.M.O.P No.58 of 2018 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Thirumangalam, within a period of two months and report compliance to the Registry, without fail"
