Petitioner/Petitioner Vs R.Sethuraman ... Respondent/Respondent Prayer :- This Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India praying this Court to call for the records relating to the order and decreetal order dated 17.03.2020 made in Tr.O.P No.09 of 2020 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Sivagangai and set aside the same and consequently allow the C.R.P.
ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the requsition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Sivagangai vide in letter D.No.3526/2022 dated 25.04.2022, this Court made the following order: The learned Principal District Judge, Sivagangai, sent a letter dated 25.04.2022, requesting extension of further time of four months to dispose of the case in O.S.Nos.50 of 2019 & 5 of 2022, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 07.12.2021.
2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 25.04.2022, a further time of four months is granted from today to dispose of O.S.Nos.50 of 2019 & 5 of 2022.
