ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to file a final report under the supervision of the second respondent within a stipulated time frame fixed by this Court.

2.Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the respondent police has registered a case in the above said crime number on 06.06.2017, no final report is filed till date. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the State would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to file a final report, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
