ORDER

The petitioner had sent a representation on 30.12.2024 seeking for action to be taken against the cheating and misappropriation committed by S.S.A.Jamaal Mohammed, Jainulaputhin, Vaseem Raja, Jahir Niyas and P.Shanmugam.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint of the petitioner, enquiry is in progress and within three weeks, the same can be completed.

3. The petitioner to appear before the second respondent/Inspector of Police, Vedasanthur Police Station, for enquiry and the Inspector of Police to enquire the petitioner as well as others and take appropriate action in this regard within one month.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
