This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondents to take action on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 01.12.2025 and carry-out the investigation in accordance with law.
2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.
3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the closure report, it is open to her to challenge the closure report as per law. There shall be no order as to costs.
