with in the similar nature restraining the respondent 2 to 3 from passing any detention order detaining petitioner's daughter viz. Anusuya to any minor home on the basis of enquiry on the complaint of the 4th respondent and further direct the 1st respondent to conduct a detailed enquiry against the respondents 2 and 3 on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 04/02/2021 and to file a report within the time stipulated by this Court .
