ORDER

Heard Mr.V.Santhakumaresan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Shanmugavel, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the first respondent.

2. The petitioner is the daughter of the second respondent. The second respondent / father of the petitioner had given a petition under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 before the first respondent / the Revenue Divisional Officer, Aruppukottai, Virudhunagar District.

3. The nature of allegations against the petitioner herein had been stated in the said petition and it is seen that the second respondent had stated that the petitioner had forcefully taken him to the Sub Registrar Office, Aruppukottai and had obtained registration of a document with respect to a house at Ramasamypuram Colony, Aruppukottai and thereafter, had deserted him which had necessitated him to give the aforementioned petition taking recourse to Provisions under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007.

4. The Writ Petition has been filed questioning notice issued by the first respondent to the petitioner to appear for an inquiry on 20.01.2022. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner attended the inquiry. Nothing therefore survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition.

5. Learned counsel raised various claims about the manner in which the inquiry was conducted. This Court, without any basis, can never examine all those representations. Let an order be passed by the first respondent and that order can be challenged by the petitioner in manner known to law.

6. The Writ Petition suffers. The Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
