ORDER:

This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Theni. Vide the letter in D.No.446 of 2019 dated 24.01.2019 and Mr.R.Senthil Kumar Advocate for the petitioner and no appearance for respondent Nos.1 to 5 and Mr.S.Srinivasa Raghavan for R6, and this Court made the following order:

By order dated 03.07.2018, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of M.C.O.P.No.45 of 2018 [M.C.O.P.No.97 of 2018 on the file of the Court below], within a period of six months from the date of receipt of case file from the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal / Special District Court, Trichy.

2.The Court below has submitted a letter, dated 24.01.2019, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further three months time to comply with the order dated 03.07.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.There is no objection on both sides in extending the time limit.

4.Therefore, three months time is extended from today to comply with the order dated 03.07.2018.
