Alleging that the order of this Court dated 19.06.2025 passed in W.P.(MD) No.16471 of 2025 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that the order of this Court dated 19.06.2025, passed in W.P.(MD) No.16471 of 2025, has been duly complied with. A copy of the proceedings dated 02.02.2026 bearing reference No.Pa.Mu.A3/3123/2025 is produced before this Court.
