Respondents/Respondents Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.21 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court and file a final report. COMMON O R D E R A perusal of the records would reveal that this Court by an order dated 11.09.2015 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17625 of 2015 has directed the respondent to file a final report within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the respondent police needs some more time to complete the trial in both cases within the time frame fixed by this Court.

3. In view of the said submissions the respondent police is directed to examine the de-facto complainant and received the document and concluded the investigation and file a report in Crime Nos.474 of 2014 and Crime No.21 of 2014 respectively as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above directions, these criminal original petitions are disposed of.
