ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon perusing the Letter D.No.490 of 2022 dated 20.09.2022 from Additional District Munsif, Sankarankovil; this Court made the following order:

" The learned Additional District Munsif, Sankarankovil, sent a letter dated 20.09.2022, requesting extension of further time of six months to dispose of O.S.No.257 of 2015, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 12.02.2021.

2. However, this Court, considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2015, is inclined to extend four months' time to dispose of O.S.No.257 of 2015. Accordingly, four months' time is extended from today to dispose of O.S.No.257 of 2015."
