The present petition is filed to call for the records in Spl.C.C.No. 44 of 2020 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Tiruchirappalli and quash the same.

Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the petitioner was acquitted in Spl.C.C.No.44 of 2020 by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Tiruchirappalli on 24.07.2023 and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.
