ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 15.11.2024 for the alleged offences under Sections 5(l), 5(j)(ii) r/w. Sections 6 & 17 of the Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, in Crime No.11 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. When this Court was not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought for permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. He also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
