ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1, in Crime No.431 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 06.09.2015, for the alleged offences punishable under Section 8(c) r/w Section 20(b) ii (B) of NDPS Act and Section 25 on NDPS Act and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of 10 kgs of ganja.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case and it is further submitted that the contraband is within the limit of commercial quantity.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has no previous case and the co-accused had already been released on anticipatory bail.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge for EC & NDPS Act Cases, Madurai and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
