ORDER

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking a direction to withdraw and transfer the suit in O.S.No.1045 of 2017 from the file of the III Additional Sub Court, Madurai to any other competent Civil Court within the jurisdiction of Madurai.

2. The submissions made stated by the learned Counsel for the petitioners in the present petition are not convincing and therefore, this Court was about to dismiss the same, on merits.

3. At this juncture, the learned Counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. Permission is granted.

5. In view of the submission and the endorsement made, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
