O R D E R

The petitioner is the wife. She got married to the respondent on 11.07.2016. The respondent filed I.D.O.P.No.59 of 2018, on the file of III Additional Family Court, Chennai, seeking dissolution of the marriage. The said proceedings are sought to be transferred.

2.I am of the view that the petitioner, as a woman would find it difficult to travel all the way from Ilayangudi to Chennai. She is based in Ilayangudi. Therefore, in the interest of justice and taking into account the condition of the petitioner herein, I.D.O.P.No.59 of 2018 is withdrawn from the file of the III Additional Family Court, Chennai and transferred to the Family Court, Sivagangai. The respondent is based in Chennai. Therefore, the Family Court, Sivagangai shall permit the respondent to be represented through his Counsel on all occasions when the personal appearance of the respondent is not necessary. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Subject to the above relief, this Transfer CMP is allowed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
