ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to remove the petitioner's name from History Sheeted List in H.S No.2 of 2023 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 05.01.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation is pending before the first respondent for consideration.

3. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits of the claim made by the petitioner direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.01.2026 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further the petitioner is also directed to co-operate with the enquiry. 2/4
