This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.VI, Madurai, to expedite the trial pending in C.C.No.319 of 2018 and to conduct the trial on day to day basis and complete the same within three months.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.VI, Madurai, is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.319 of 2018, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
