The delay of 167 days in representing the Tax Case (Revision) is condoned and this petition is ordered on condition for payment of costs of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) payable to the High Court Legal Services Authority, within a period of one week from today, failing which this application will stand dismissed automatically, without any further reference to this Court. On such payment, Registry shall number the Tax Case (Revision), if it is otherwise in order.
