O R D E R

The grievance of the Writ Petitioner is that the benefit of commutation has not been settled to him.

2.The Writ Petitioner was employed as Conductor and retired from service. The commutation as applicable has not been settled to him and in this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation on 17.09.2011 and the same is yet to be considered. 3.Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the Petitioner on 17.09.2011 and pass orders on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petitioner is directed to enclose a copy of the representation and the relevant documents, if any, along with a copy of this order to the second respondent, for further action.

4.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
