This petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner and his family. 2.Mr.Rajiv Rufus, learned counsel filed vakalt on behalf of the third respondent and contended that the complaint lodged by the present petitioner is false.

3.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would contend that the petitioner's representation dated 01.02.2021 was registered in CSR No.190 of 2021 and after conducting enquiry, the same was closed, since the matter in dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent is purely civil in nature.
