The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.133 of 2020 on the file of the respondent in accordance with law.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that it would suffice, if this Court directs respondents Police to conclude the investigation in Crime No.133 of 2020 on the file of the respondent Police within a time that may be fixed by this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submits that the investigation in Crime No.133 of 2020 is going on.

4. In view of the above, the respondent Police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.133 of 2020 and file the Final Report before the concerned trial Court within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4

5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
