(CRIME NO.647/2016) ..RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition by this court in Crl.OP(MD) No. 19105 of 2016 dated 04.10.2016.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.POLEX LEGAL SOLUTIONS, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/s.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) for the respondent.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on the 1st Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. In addition to the above, the petitioners are also required to report before the respondent police as and when required.
