O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second, third and fourth respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.10.2023 to remove the seal of the temple undiyal and permit the petitioner to manage the day to day affairs of the temple.

2. Although there is no representation for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader for the first to third respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 05.10.2023 will be considered and disposed of on merits and in accordance with law. It is submitted that the seal was put at the instance of the third respondent. Page No. 2 of 5

3. Recording the above submission of the learned Special Government Pleader for the first to third respondents, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 05.10.2023 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to state, before passing such order, the petitioner shall be heard. No costs.
