Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 426, 441 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.1504 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant and threatened her to sell the property to the petitioners for lowest price. The defacto complainant has given a complaint that the petitioners pressurised her to change the religioun and threatened to sell the property to them. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case and prays for anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioners.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the investigation is going on.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6.
