ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to conduct an enquiry on the application in M.P.No.46 of 2019.

2.The learned counsel for the official respondent submits that an enquiry has been conducted and final order has been passed by the 1st respondent/the Joint Commissioner by an order dated 17.12.2020. The petitioners have himself been appointed as hereditary trustee for the temple, called Vazhivitta Ayyanar Thirukovil, Ayyanarkulam, Kamuthi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District.

W.P.(MD) No.3654 of 2020 3.In view of the above, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous, as the remedy that has been sought for by the petitioners has already been granted. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
