Mr.M.Veeranthiran Government Advocate (Crl. side) COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed regarding performance of Kumbabisegam for the above mentioned temple. There was a difference of opinion between the two. However, it has been resolved in the peace committee meeting convened by the Tahsildar, Paramakudi. Both the parties have signed the minutes and it is directed that the same will be adhered to. The organizers of the Kumbabisegam want to hold Valli Thirumana Drama on tonight, the said drama will be allowed to be conducted. It should be concluded by 09.45 p.m. itself. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) is directed to communicate 2/3
the order of the Court to the Jurisdictional Police. Thiru.Boominathan, is at liberty to offer his worship and he will not be prevented by the rival parties.
2.Both the Writ Petitions are disposed of accordingly. No costs.
