2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side)appearing for the respondents and perused the records.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.9 of 2014 has been completed and closed as 'Action Dropped'.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the second respondent is directed to serve the Referred Charge Sheet notice to the learned counsel for the petitioner, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
