Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.M.A.JINNAH, Advocate for the petitioner, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extent the time limit of this Court order in Crl.M.P.(MD)Nos.91 and 93 of 2021 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.7 of 2021 dated 08.01.2021.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner was directed to surrender before the lower Court within the period of one month. Since the brother of the petitioner was undergoing treatment for cancer, the petitioner could not surrender himself as directed by this Court and prayed to extent the time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.1266 of 2021 3.The learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objection.

4.In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the extension of time is granted for further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
