This appeal filed by under section 374 of Cr.P.C. to admit the appeal and call for records relating to the Judgment dated 10.08.2015 in S.C.No.141 of 2010 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Fast Tract Mahila Court, Srivilliputtur and set aside the same by acquitting the appellant.

Order: This petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the Grounds of Appeal and proceedings before the Court of Sessions and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Mayaperumal, Advocate for the Appellant/Sole Accused and of Mr.R.Ramachandran, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent, it is ordered as follows:
