PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to first respondent direct to the 2nd respondent herein to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 01.02.2021 and take necessary action to provide necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner. O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 01.02.2021 and take necessary action to provide necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent police. 3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner sent a detailed representation to the respondent police herein on 01.02.2021 and the respondent police gave CSR.No.71 of 2021. After receipt of CSR, the respondents 3 to 6 are continuously https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2081 of 2021 making trouble and harassing him and hence, the petitioner requested the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action and to provide police protection to him. But in spite of receipt of the said representation, no action has been taken.

4.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent police submitted that though the complaint was given by the son of the petitioner namely Sudhakar, a case in Crime No.415 of 2020 has been registered against the respondent Nos.3 to 6. 5.Since the representation has been sent, the second respondent police may consider the same on merits and pass appropriate orders depending upon the facts and circumstances of the case by summoning the concerned parties within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
