3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) points out that the petitioner is having a host of criminal cases pending against him. The petitioner's wife was arrested and some more articles will have to be recovered. Therefore, the issue calls for custodial interrogation of the petitioner. Hence, the criminal original petition stands dismissed.
