ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent and the learned counsel for the defacto complainant.

2. The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 498(A), 406 and 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No.4 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

CRL OP(MD). No.1997 of 2021 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the defacto complainant submitted that the issues between them have been resolved in the mediation. The mediation report is produced before this Court. It is seen therefrom that the mediation ended in successful. A settlement agreement is entered between the first petitioner herein and the defacto complainant. The same is placed on record. It will form part of the order.

4.In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this criminal original petition and it is closed accordingly.
