ORDER

This application has been filed seeking transfer of I.D.O.P.No.51 of 2017 from the District Court, Trichy to Family Court, Sivagangai.

2.The petitioner is the wife and the respondent in I.D.O.P.No.51 of 2017 on the file of the District Court, Trichy. She seeks transfer of the aforesaid I.D.O.P.No.51 of 2017 from the file of the District Court, Trichy to Family Court, Sivagangai on the ground that she is residing at Sivagangai and she is finding it very difficult to travel such a long distance from Sivagangai to Trichy along with her one year old child.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Despite service of notice, the respondent has not chosen to appear either in person or through pleader.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is allowed and I.D.O.P.No.51 of 2017 is ordered to be transferred from the file of the District Court, Trichy to the file of the Family Court,Sivagangai. The learned Family Judge, Sivagangai is directed to issue notice to both parties and to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a period of four months from the date of receipt of case bundle from the District Court, Trichy. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
