O R D E R

The petitioner herein got married to the respondent on 30.11.2015. The relationship appears to have come under strain. The respondent herein filed H.M.O.P.No.13 of 2018 before the Family Court, Tirunelveli for divorce. The petitioner herein had filed proceedings under Prevention of Domestic Violence Act before the Judicial Magistrate NO.1, Kovilpatti.

2. The petitioner wants transfer of divorce Original Petition filed by her husband. It appears that the petitioner is having roots at Kovilpatti as her parents are residing there. Therefore, in the interest of justice, H.M.O.P.No.13 of 2018 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Kovilpatti.
