ORDER

The petitioner / wife seeks transfer of proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.333 of 2021 pending on the file of Principal Subordinate Court at Mayiladuthurai to the file of Principal Subordinate Court, Trichy to be tried along with HMOP.No.8 of 2022 pending before the Principal Subordinate Court, Trichy. The transfer is sought for only on the sole ground of convenience.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Even though the name of the respondent printed in the cause list, no one has appeared.

3. Considering the convenience of petitioner / wife and that the connected HMOP is pending before the Principal Subordinate Court, Trichy, the Transfer CMP is allowed and the H.M.O.P.No.333 of 2021 pending on the file of Principal Subordinate Court, Mayiladuthurai is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Trichy to be tried along with HMOP.No.8 of 2022 pending before the Principal Subordinate Court, Trichy.
