ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, in Crime No.79 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.11.2014, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 364, 302, 394 and 201 of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused murdered the deceased Yuvaraj for gain.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that he has been in judicial custody for more than a year and for fair trial, he should be released on bail.

4.Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the deceased is the son of the de-facto complainant, who is a young boy, was kidnapped by the accused for committing theft and thereafter he was murdered. It is further submitted that the case was already ripened for trial and posted on 07.08.2015 for examination of P.Ws.1 to 3.

5.Considering the facts and the stage of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and hence, this petition is dismissed. However, considering the fact that the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai shall dispose https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the case in S.C.No.54 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible preferably on or before 30.11.2015 and the petitioner is directed to co-operate for completion of trial.
