ORDER
The writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 22.01.2020 and dispose of the same on merits within a stipulated period.
2. Heard the leaned counsel appearing on either side. 1/3
3. Though in the petition, the petitioner claims right in conducting regular pooja in the temple, which is a disputed fact, the same cannot be gone into in the writ petition as the prayer is limited to consider his representation.
4. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the case as projected by the petitioner either in his representation or in the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.01.2020 and pass orders on merits, taking into account the law and order situation that may arise, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
