This petition is filed to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.316 of 2015 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court No.2, Dindigul. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that C.C.No.316 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul, has been ended in acquittal on 04.11.2016 and nothing survives in this petition.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
