PRAYER: This Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to expedite disposal of the suit in O.S.No.229 of 2022 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Court (FTC), Theni.

ORDER

The matter has been listed today under the caption "for extension of time for trail Court".

2.By order, dated 31.03.2023, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in O.S.No.229 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 18 months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.47/2026, dated 20.01.2026, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further eight months time to comply with the order, dated 31.03.2023, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

4.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, eight months time is extended finally from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order, dated 31.03.2023. 20.02.2026 pal
