O R D E R

This petition is filed to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.8 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent police. 2.Perusal of the grounds raised by the learned counsel for the petitioners would show that there are no merits in the grounds raised by the learned counsel for the petitioners to quash the FIR. Further, perusal of the FIR would show that there are specific allegations as against the petitioner and it cannot be quashed at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the threshold and the offence has to be investigated further. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to quash the FIR and the criminal original petition is liable to be dismissed. 3.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, the first respondent is directed to file a final report within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
