Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.PONSENTHILKUMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this relaxation petition after complying the condition imposed by this Court before the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 354 of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, in Crime No.145 of 2017.

4.Considering the above said facts, the condition is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
