The said Pandeeswari filed H.M.O.P.No.338 of 2016 before the Sub Court, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Melur, Madurai for divorce. Her husband filed H.M.O.P.No.27 of 2017 before the Sub Court, Aruppukottai for restitution of conjugal rights, and he is the petitioner in Tr.C.M.P.(MD).No.93 of 2018.

2. On the very nature of things both the cases are bound together, and hence, this Court directs the withdrawal of H.M.O.P.No.27 of 2017 from the file of the Sub Court, Arupukkottai and transfers the same to Sub Court, Melur, Madurai for joint trial with H.M.O.P.No.338 of 2016.

3. The Tr.C.M.P.(MD).No.70 of 2018 is allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
