ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to give suitable direction to the second respondent to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 28.03.2019 within the period stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioner and the rival groups gave a complaint before the Law Enforcing Agency. After receipt of the complaint, C.S.R numbers have been assigned. After https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enquiry, the said two complaints were closed. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

4.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed. If any cause of action is arisen, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.
