Mr.S.Kameswaran, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents.

2. The learned Government Advocate stated that within a period of four (4) weeks, necessary requirements as stated in the application given by the petitioner will be done by the second respondent.

3. Therefore, in view of the said statement, the second respondent is directed to do the needful within a period of four (4) weeks after following due procedure.
