ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the following relief : "directing the 2nd respondent to implement his own proceedings Na.Ka.No.196/2019 dated 19.12.2019 in letter and spirit without any further delay, by vacating the goat farm run by the respondents 3 and 4 in Survey No.547/2A, Pattalamman Kovil Street, Kuchanur Post, Theni District, within a time frame as fixed by this Court."

2. The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that steps would be taken to shift the goat farm within a period of eight weeks.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to shift the goat farm, within a period of eight

(8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.

2. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
