ORDER

The petitioner got married to the respondent on 07.02.2013. A male child was born to the petitioner through the said wedlock. The relationship between the parties had come under strain. Therefore, the respondent filed IDOP No.133 of 2017 before the District Court, Tiruppur for divorce.

2.The petitioner is based in Tenkasi. Therefore, it will be difficult for her to go over to Tiruppur and contest the proceedings there. Since the petitioner has to take care of the young child, in the interest of justice, this Court withdraws IDOP No.133 of 2017 from the file of the District Court, Tiruppur and transfers the same to the file of the District Court, Tirunelveli. The District Judge, Tirunelveli is directed to issue a fresh notice to the respondent herein indicating the next date of hearing. 3.Accordingly, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
