It is seen from the records, when the writ petition was taken up for hearing on 18.11.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption ''for dismissal'' on 26.11.2024. However, the matter was not listed on 26.11.2024. Subsequently, the matter was taken up for hearing on 19.06.2025. On that day, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, Registry was directed to list the matter today. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, it is clear, that for the past three occasions, the petitioner was not present, when the matter was taken up for hearing. It appears, the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. 26.06.2025 NCC :
