This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.21 of 2017 under Section 294(b) and 353 of IPC and under Section 4 of the Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002, dated 26.09.2017 on the file of the respondent police.

2.Heard, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that already a charge sheet has been filed and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.139 of 2018, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedachandur.

3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
